All shortage or damaged product must be reported to AZCLC.com Client Services at 1-866-332-8453 within 48 hours of receipt of a completed order.
30 Day Return Policy
Please notify AZCLC.com Client Services at 18663328453 within 30 days of purchase to receive your Return Authorization number.
All returns are subject to the following:
- A 10% restocking charge.
- Returned books/materials in original condition. Books, which are not inthe original packaging, will not be accepted. Books with bar codes or binder inserts removed from the original packaging will not be considered resalable condition and are subject to refusal.
- Shipping is not refundable
- No refunds are available for CDROM/DVD Products. Defective discs may be exchanged only for the same title and or edition as the defective item.
- Returned books or merchandise must be returned via a carrier, whose shipment can be tracked: e.g., FedEx or UPS
