Quired Websites: Websites created by and managed through the Quired.com network and include the link "Powered by Quired" on the bottom of every page on the site.

Followers: Visitors to this website, Quired websites or Quired.com who discover Provider Profiles who chose to receive article updates from the website they are interested in by offering a username and email address to the provider.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION

Quired.com and Quired Websites include social media integration featuring the display and sharing of video, audio, photos and blogs. Our integrated blogging system allows for RSS feeds to be brought into a website blog or a Quired website provider profile.

Quired.com or Quired Website owners reserve the right to remove any comments or posts found to be offensive or not suitable for their website or the Quired community.

Quired.com is not responsible for the content provided by our Quired website owners or views shared by blog posts feeds or original posts found on any one of our websites or profiles.

Quired.com is not responsible for any content shared to parties outside of the Quired community whether it be video, audio, photos, page content or blogs.

Video, audio and photos displayed through Quired.com or Quired websites are to be licensed and hold the required copyright for distribution with the account holder of the Quired profile or website owner. Any content that does not meet the requirements of copyright law must be removed immediately. Any violation of this agreement could result in the termination of the providers profile on Quired.com.

Mature themed content that resides on Quired.com or our Quired website owners will carry a Mature Theme warning before the content is viewed. Pornographic material is not allowed on Quired.com or any Quired websites.

All content created by either the Quired Profile owner or Quired Website owner is the property of the account holder unless produced through the service of Quired.com and an arrangement for shared copyright has been made. Quired.com holds no claim to content created by the Quired website owner and will not purposely solicit this content to other providers or networks unless we have received written permission form the account holder. Quired.com holds no claim to any of the content created by the account holder during or after the account has been closed.
